Green Bay is gearing up for an unforgettable experience as the 2025 NFL Draft approaches, with the Green Bay Packers revealing a stunning first look at the draft campus, set to transform Lambeau Field and its surrounding area. The highly anticipated event, scheduled for April 24-26, will bring an extraordinary spectacle to the heart of Packers territory.
A Grand Vision Unveiled
The newly released renderings offer a clearer vision of what the campus will look like, and it’s more impressive than fans could have imagined. The stage will be situated in the northeast corner of the Lambeau Field parking lot, strategically placed near the intersection of South Oneida Street and Lombardi Avenue. Spanning the entirety of the stadium’s paved parking lots, the draft campus will even extend to the vibrant Titletown district at the west end of the field, creating a massive footprint for this historic event.
Gabrielle Dow, the Packers’ vice president of marketing and fan engagement, expressed her excitement, saying, “The visual of the draft campus really brings to life all the planning and discussions that have taken place over the past couple years. I’m excited for draft fans and everyone who has been working on this to see what Lambeau Field will look like come April.” Fans are in for a treat as they get to experience the legendary stadium in a whole new light.
The Economic Impact and Scale of the Event
The NFL Draft at Lambeau Field is expected to be a monumental event, with organizers predicting an attendance of 250,000 people. The impact on the local and state economy is estimated to be significant, with a projected $94 million economic boost statewide and $20 million in Green Bay alone. Construction of the stage and campus will begin weeks in advance, causing some disruptions to traffic and filling up local hotel rooms, but the payoff promises to be worth it for fans and the community.
The NFL Experience and Entertainment Galore
The campus will be home to the NFL Experience, a massive 800,000-square-foot area that will include everything from food and beverage stalls to interactive zones for fans of all ages. The west side parking lots of Lambeau Field and much of Titletown will be transformed into a fan haven, complete with a kids’ Play 60 zone, kicking field goal opportunities, a 40-yard dash running area, and an exhibition showcasing the rich history of the NFL. There’s no shortage of entertainment, making it a must-attend event for NFL fans.
Mark Murphy, Packers President and CEO, couldn’t hold back his enthusiasm, stating, “It’s exciting to see these renderings. The draft is really starting to take shape. It looks like a great setup. All fans and attendees will be treated to an exciting event, and we’re proud to have Lambeau Field featured so prominently.”
Access and Traffic Considerations
As the event draws closer, fans will have more details on how to register and access the draft campus. Starting March 4, they can sign up via NFL OnePass, where more information about the event will be posted as it becomes available. Those planning to attend should be aware that traffic restrictions will be in place. South Ridge Road from Lombardi Avenue will be closed to traffic, and Oneida Street east of Lambeau will also be shut down. To minimize disruption, general admission entry gates will be located along Ridge Road and towards the west end of Titletown.
